Can I bring my own parts?+
You're welcome to bring your own parts, whether for a service or an upgrade to your car. We can't provide a warranty on parts you supply, though.
Which brands do you service?+
We service all makes of passenger cars, except high-voltage work on electric vehicles.
Do I get a price quote in advance?+
The price for labor and parts is communicated in advance. For more complex jobs, we work with an approximate price estimate.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?+
We provide a warranty on tuning modifications to your car, and on parts that we installed and supplied ourselves.
How long does routine service take?+
Routine service (oil, fluids, brakes, and similar) is usually done within a single day. For more complex jobs, we let you know the expected turnaround in advance.
Can I drop the car off outside opening hours?+
Dropping your car off outside opening hours isn't a problem, but it needs to be arranged by phone in advance.
Can you pick up my car?+
As an add-on service, we also offer pickup of your car and delivery back to an address of your choice.
Can you do a pre-purchase inspection for me?+
Yes, we perform pre-purchase inspections - a full paint-thickness gauge check, diagnostic scan, brake and suspension check, test drive, and a written report on the car's condition.
Is diagnostics free if I get the repair done with you?+
Diagnostics is part of the work we do on a car in our workshop. If it's a standalone diagnostic check only, it's billed for the time spent on the inspection.
Do you use original (OEM) parts?+
For most jobs we use original (OE) parts, or high-quality alternatives from trusted brands. We always let you know which part we're using in advance.
What if more work turns out to be needed than originally agreed?+
If we find that more extensive work is needed while we're already into the job, we contact you and agree on the next steps and price before continuing.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes, we recommend booking in advance by phone or through the reservation form, so we can guarantee your slot.
Can you log the service in the car's digital service history?+
Yes, for modern cars with cloud-based service history, we always log the service in the relevant manufacturer portal, such as BMW AOS, VW Erwin, and others.
